If you are a more frequent user of Mailsort you may prefer to use a desktop version
rather than processing your data using our online service.
Our desktop system for Mailsort and Presstream 1400 works in a very similar way to our
online service and supports both normal and mixed weight mailings.
The system also supports Mailsort 120 OCR & CBC, Mailsort 700, Walksort and International Bulk Mail (IBM).
The system is fully compliant with the Pricing in Proportion scheme introduced in 2006, and it has also been tested and accredited
by the Royal Mail for compliance with the new 2007 Mailsort database.
The system delivers all the data sorting and reports you need to be eligible for Mailsort.
It is a "no frills" application and works without the need for integration into
your existing systems.
International Bulk Mail (IBM) - In combination with Mailsort 1400.

Integration with your existing systems or other requirements:
As mentioned above the system works as it is, straight out of the box. It requires only
the data presented in a comma separated file (csv) and the postcodes in a separate column.
If however, you prefer that the system gets the data directly from your database, or you
have other specific requirements, we can easily
make a bespoke variant that does exactly what you want. See also our
bespoke software information.

Please click here to download a demo version of the software. It includes all features, but is only able
to produce 500 address records.
